Your refund

If Pro is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first Pro payment, or within 14 days of a yearly renewal, and you get all of it back. No questions asked.

Monthly renewals

Monthly renewals are not refunded. You can cancel at any time, and Pro keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.

How to ask

Write to billing@bugstweet.com, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our reseller, sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. Card refunds usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

Your rights by law

If the law where you live gives you more, such as the 14-day right to withdraw in Europe and the UK, you get whichever is more generous.
