Who we are

bugsTweet is made by Ameerplus. When you buy Pro, you buy it through Paddle.com, our online reseller. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every order: it takes the payment, sends the receipt, handles tax, and answers questions about billing and refunds.

2

What bugsTweet is

bugsTweet is a bug reporter for tester builds of Flutter apps. A tester taps the logo, marks up the screen, adds a note and sends. The report becomes an issue in a GitHub repository the developer chooses. Store builds never contain bugsTweet. The free reporter works on its own; Pro adds the parts the bugsTweet service writes into each report.

3

Your account and the GitHub App

To use Pro, you sign in with your GitHub account and install the bugsTweet GitHub App on the reports repository you choose. Only people allowed to change that repository can make a key for it. Keep your key private: you are responsible for what is sent with it. The app works only in the repositories you install it on, and you can remove it at any time in your GitHub settings.

4

Free and Pro: trial, paying, cancelling

The free reporter costs nothing, for any number of testers, and a free feature never becomes paid. Pro costs $29 per person per month, or $290 a year, with 14 days free and no card needed. Paddle charges you at the start of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; Pro then runs to the end of the period you paid for. When Pro ends, the Pro parts stop and the free reporter keeps working with your own GitHub key or relay. We warn you 7 days before. Refunds are on the Refunds page.

5

Your reports stay yours

The reports, pictures and notes your testers send are yours. They are stored in your own reports repository on GitHub. The bugsTweet service passes them through to build each report and does not keep them. You give us permission to do only that. The Privacy page lists the little we do keep.

6

Fair use

Use bugsTweet only for apps you are allowed to test, and send reports only to repositories you are allowed to use. Do not use it to collect people's private data without their consent, to send spam, or to overload or break the service. We may pause an account that does this, and we will tell you why.

7

When the service changes or stops

We keep improving bugsTweet and may change how it works, but a free feature never becomes paid. If a price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before, and the new price starts only at your next renewal. If we ever stop the service, we tell you at least 30 days before and refund the unused part of any paid period. The free reporter keeps working with your own key or relay, because it does not need our service.

8

Limits of what we promise

We work hard to keep bugsTweet running, but we cannot promise it will never fail or never miss a report. bugsTweet helps you find and fix bugs; it does not test your app for you, and your app stays your responsibility. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.

9

Ending your account

You can stop at any time: cancel Pro, remove the bugsTweet GitHub App from your repository, and delete your account yourself with “Delete my account” at api.bugstweet.com, or ask us (see section 10). Your reports stay in your own repository. We delete your account details (your GitHub name, project and plan) within 30 days of your request. We may also end an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why.

10

Law and how to reach us

These terms follow the law of Jordan. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live. If we change these terms, we post the new version here with its date, and tell paying customers by email at least 30 days before it applies. For questions, deleting your account, or anything else, write to support@bugstweet.com. For billing and refunds, write to billing@bugstweet.com or to Paddle, our reseller.
